The spring assisted crank means any age kid over 5 years old will easily be able to change the rim height by turning the crank handle on the back side of the post. The easy to read height indicator shows the rim height as the unit is adjusted. The 5" square bolt down post is tough as nails and very rigid.
The 36"x60" backboard is constructed using 1/2" thick tempered glass, this is the same glass thickness used in high school, NCAA and NBA arenas so ball bounce of the backboard is perfect every time.
